O.K. I've been testing and testing. Many combinations.

All log folders are stored as attachments.

What I've done. My thoughts:

after updating k-lite x64 from 6.3 to 9.2 the program hangs as it was previously but luckily it not freezes. Only shuts down just after loading video codecs. Thats better then program freezing.

Which versions work:

progdvb x32 v 6.87.1 & k-lite x32 9.2

progdvb x64 ver. 6.86.3 & k-lite x64 9.2

O.K. I've installed divx codec pack but it's free for x32 only. So it's not for me if I want to use x64 progdvb.

Do you have problem only on E-AC3? Please test prerelease version of ProgDVB also.

ps: I am recommend ac3filter for ac3.
dear prog , the palyback problem of some channels(was giving black screen) are SOLVED with 6.87.2, thank you very much :)
but still problem with AC3 audio tack channels having no sound, you recommended me ac3filter , so i go and download and install latest version (ac3filter_2.5B Full) and change a ac3 codec in option to ac3filter but still no sound on ac3 tack of channels... hope you check
a little problem with mpeg audio codec when minimize progdvb , audio glitching sometimes. (wasn't like this before)

finally i found why AC3 codec not working and solved. as i requested help in other forum i realized Video codec is related and can Affect to Audio codec!!! when i using "MainConcept (Broadcast) AVC/H264 Video Decoder" for H.264/AVC codecs progdvb block the AC3 sounds but have video (it wasn't like this before version 87.1 and this codec work perfect in other video player) so i changed H264 codec to "ArcSoft" and strangely AC3 audio is back !!! (Using AC3 Filter for AC3 codec)
is it normal a video codec block a audio codec which it work OK in other player...?
you can read our talk about this in this forum:
