I confirm no change. Also tried under Windows XP (and different machine): the same issue arises. Could it be linked with the language of the OS (keyboard input)?

It does not fix the issue.
This module does not load under 64 bit version (Universal HID Remote Control no longer appears in the list)
Under 32 bit version, when loading ProgDVB, I get a popup titled "HID" with "ProgDVB" written inside.
Nothing when exiting the app.
When loading Proglauncher, I get a popup titled "HID" with "Proglauncher" written inside.
Nothing when exiting the app.
It does not fix the issue.

But do you still have problem in x32? (when ProgLauncger started but no ProgDVB!!)

No it does not fix the problem. Except the popup, everything is the same.

Please, could you upload all these files and not overwrite them (for example with different 7z file names)?
