The name of the installation folder is irrelevant, you can chose whatever you like.
Just stay outside of all special folders, that are protected by modern Windows, more or less.

Is it ProgDVB 32? Try install techisat software for register all dlls.

Use ProgDVB x32 if you have problem with x64.

Did you test the original application on your system?
Just wondering, if a WDM driver might work properly on a x64 system.
Else perhaps look for a BDA driver on the manufacturer site.

Still ProgDVB6.71x64 doesn't support skystar 2 driver

I am not have problem with x64 _BDA_ driver of this device on my PC. For WDM you need install x64 version of Sky2PCAVSrc.ax
