So review after few days. (x64 version)

Stability is OK.
Swtching of channels is OK.

CI module initialization takes its time - hardware specific.

When CI module initialized the currently selected channel may not decode.
Selecting other channel usually "kick" the decoder and later it works fine.

Sometimes the decoder stops working. Channels stops to decode. Restart of application will fix this.

ok result of todays test:

1. Start the program while last selected channel was encrypted.
2. Wait until CAM interface shows that the card is initialized
3. The selected channel will most probably stay black.
4. Change the channel to encrypted, but the one i have pre-paid
5. Channel will appear
6. Change the channel to one which is not paid. It will not appear
7. Change to any other channel, including free unencrypted - nothing will appear.

Back after some time.

I have reinstalled my windows and later I attempted to run the ProgDVB with my tuner again.

I realized that CI module is not working. I had to install Avermedia software in order to force ProgDVB to recognize the CI module via Satgate. Later I unistalled Avermedia software and CI module stopped to work again.

Later tests shows that i have to perform following manual task.

Find file CIAPI.dll. Copy it somewhere.
Default position is c:\program files (x86)\Common Files\AverMedia\Dll
Use Regsvr32.exe to register it. Then CI module works... BUT...

32bit version:
tuner sometimes fails to start correctly. No signal input. (not even 0 percent on indicators).
CI module works when ciapi.dll is registered as I mentioned.

64bit version
Tuner always starts fine, always display signal strenghts correctly.
CI module does not work.

Any ideas why CI module does not work for 64bit ProgDVB? I fixed it by accident before reinstallation of windows, but I really dont know how...

Hi again.

Doubleclicking on CI window will give following error message:

ProgDVB Engine API Except in ProgDVBengine::Device_CI_Answer

This happens only in x64 bit version.

I have installed Dotnet 4.0, and latest MS visual c++ redist... Win7 x64.

No.

In X86 version the CI module works fine.However the DVB-S tuner is not initialized properly most of times when using Avermedia module. (BDA works fine, but no CI support makes it useless)

In X64 version the tuner initialization with Avermedia module is always working fine, but CI module has this issue.

Edit: I fixed the problem in x86 version
Open Device options of "Avermedia"

UNCHECK:
"use demultiplexor and TIF"
"Use ITunerRequest"

Then the tuner seems to start fine.
