My master,

After progdvb established; first start progdvb open.

Selecting hardware and PC crash.

I do Restart PC

Second start progdvb, pc direct crash.

I do Restart PC

After; third, fourth... always crash.

Accordingly, How do I get logs.

To overcome the problem; remove progdvb

and new install.

But the first choice at hardware, crash again.

So, do not look my opportunity to receive logs.

You can install ProgDVB without device setup, enable logs and enable device back.

Again, unfortunately crash ... ( remove while "Geniatech.eBDA" )

This problem; is it possible to originate from windows 10 ?

I try, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. The results did not change.

What else can be done ?

I tried two different drivers, again.

Previous ; 1.31.1145.0
Last ; 1.33.202.0

Unfortunately, the results did not change ...

From the PC TV card is not inserted in another.( Only Geniatech inserted. )

Card at the time of selection, crash.

I could not do this problem. :?

Total Media ; work
DVB Dream ; work

Tv sources ;

[BDA] Digital TV section and PC crash.

This section file ; Modules/BDA.Device file.

If this file exists, the TV card is displayed.

If file does not exist, it can not be displayed.

So, problem; BDA.Device file. ( According to my tv card ... )

What else can be done ?

1. No. I use pro 32/64 version( ProgDVB + ProgTV Professional for x32/x64 OS )

2. ProgDVB when I run; just run ProgDVB. I checked "Task Manager"

- At PC also; Arcsoft Total Media and DVB Dream Installed. And normal work.

x64 is only experiment. You can install to c:\progdvb in portable mode for test.
