I think some other software use hooks for receive keys from keyboard.

Finally I have an answer!
In control options I changed "Universal HID Remote Control" to "{BDA} Technisat Mantis..." and it works! Unfortunately with this option ProgDVB Luncher doesn't work at all also doesn't learn keys. "Any key" option neither doesn't work.

Any idea?

One information more.
If I change in Launcher settings RC module from "{BDA} Technisat Mantis..." to "Universal HID Remote Control" launcher works again...
So what is wrong with "{BDA} Technisat Mantis..." RC module?

Resolution: go to control options I change "Universal HID Remote Control" to "{BDA} Technisat Mantis..."
