work 3 tuners of 4

hi, i have a 4 tuners inside card for view and recording italian digital tv, also hd.
the problem is from many releases of this program.
i start to fill the 4 tuners with 4 base channels.
i program the recordings.
after some time, 1 tuner stop to work.
the other 3 continue to recording normally, and the fourth
do the same but the bytes taken are always zero and the
quality bar is empty (zero).
when you fix this problem ???

how you see in this collage:
tuner 1 = dmax = work perfect
tuner 2 = focus = work perfect
tuner 3 = rai yoyo = no quality
tuner 3 = rai gulp = no recording
tuner 4 = iris = work perfect
i have seen that if i work with only 3 tuners of 4, the program
view and record for all day without problems, but if i use all 4
tuners, the program start to work normally, but after some recordings
or change channel automatically, 1 tuner finish to work.
