I have channels with AC3, but no sound (with the last version of ProgTV), i change the settings and disactivate the engine but same problem.

Is there a way to install or add the AC3 codec to ProgTV?

No way for installation codecs in Android. This is not windows. But check Options->Debug->Codecs list
