Error ! Time out Progtv 2.32.2

When I play a IPTV channel before a 10 minutes the apk progtv version 2.32.2 show me a message "Error ! Time out". Can I fix it because when I see a movie with subtitles I don't read it.

Please send me logs of timeout and try different playback mode.
What subtitles type?

I send you email with a log files. The subtitles are on the source of channels.
