android version and m3u files

hi,
I installed it on one android dramlink T1+ and on a tablet samsung S2 tablet without problem
I loaded a big m3u file without problem and was able to view IPtv channel
I try to run it on an smartphone but when I try to load the same m3u big file, progtv say :
in french : format non pris en charge (cannot recognize this format)
I tested this m3u file under several kodi computer (windows or android)
any explanation ?
