TwinHan 1030A Red Power Loss/Signal Loss

Hello,
I have this TwinHan 1030A Red PC SAT CI pci card but it has a problem. Actually I am not sure if it is from the card or somthing else but I think its the card. I have a DiSEqC setup with 3 LNBs hooked up to it and out to the DVB card in the PC. Everything works fine for a while then I loose power/signal to the LNBs and I get stuck on the channel transponder I was originally watching. I also get 0% Level and 0% quality on the ProgDVB indicators. If I try to switch to another transponder it will not work and I get a black screen. Now till now the only way to fix this was to shutdown the computer entirely for a few minutes and then start it back up to work. A simple restart does not power it back on. Is there a fix for this problem besides selecting the option to refresh the channel on signal loss?
