Creash repeatedly on startup

Hi, it was fine for a long time now today it crashes on startup and repeats. Cannot do anything.

Do you have message box when start PROGDVB after crash?
In any case you can uninstall PROGDVB and install again

Not sure why I would need to uninstall and reinstall lose all my settings when it has been working just fine for a very long time. It work after a reboot but if I close the app and come back to it later ti will not run. And really just showing some minimal error and restarting in an endless loop is useless. Put some proper try catch statements in and show the real error.

Rebooted yet again and it works now. But I know it will not last. Something is stuck after closing the program that never recovers.

Dxva2.dll mean some problem with hard acceleration of video codec.

Ok but then why it works for hours and hours after a reboot but if I close the app and come back in a few then it crashes?

Possible so bugs or memory leaks collected on driver or video codec level. You can try use other codec

How can I change codec by editing an ini file? I cannot get into the interface while it keeps restarting

Progdvb.ini
You can find and remove lastchannelid... for start Progdvb without start of channel.

I have tried every codec and none fix the issue. It crashes every time. No longer usable at all.

Try EVR renderer and for example LAV for your video type.
