i got a TT dvb-s2 3200 card and progdvb 4.85.1 running. softcam modules running. but i cant watch HD channels like ProSieben HD or Sat1 HD. The only HD Channel i am able to watch is ASTRA HD test channel :S hope somebody can help me with that problem . greetz spaxxi !

This is a Mpeg-2 channel...

will it be supported in the future ? cuz in version 5.x there is a s2 search feature. when will the new version come out, if it comes out ?

You can find in the forum that to scan dvb-S2 channels you have to add the ,S2 parameter in the satx.ini file.
e.g.
0070.ini
[SATTYPE]

1=10880,V,17360,34,S2
2=10899,V, 9404,34


for www.euro1080.com
HD1,2,4,5,EXQI
channels that are all in ,mpeg4 S2 format!

The deference in version 4 is that you have to scan all the satelite because there is no S2 check box to check in transponder scan menu like there is in v5!
I can see all euro 1080 on W3a 7oE
and all HD on astra 19

I have technisat HD and the same technotrend 3200 (with CI that it does not work with all dvb programs) and also azurewave ad-sp400,twinhan 1041A with CI that works (but not with prog the CI).
With all of them I watch dvb-s2, mpeg4 HD channels with progdvb 4 and 5 many last versions!

P.S.
I didn't ask if you have allready scanded those channels and they apear on channel list but they just don't apear on screen. This could be a renderer or codec problem!

The Astra HD Channel also exists as mpeg-2 channel

And he doesn´t posted any details of the channel ....he received...

the problem is that i find the channels but i cant watch mpeg 4 streams :S i also installed elecard plugin but for me the screen stays black any ideas how to change this ?

the only thing you can do ...try other video Codec : CoreAVC or the codec that comes with powerdvd 7

if i try to select coreavc progDVB says : Error ! Filter not Found ! "XeCore" - . But i installed CoreAVC and the DLLs of coreAVC are in c:\windows\system32 and they are also registered ! whats the problem

try custom mode in direktshow settings of progdvb.. and then select coravc...should work...or you can try ´graph by xgr file´ ...but you need proper filtergraphs then...

now i get error get : Error on create file of buffer ! i selected all PDVD 7 codecs for AC3, TV, RADIO and H264 :S what shall i do now ?

everything working now. there was another process of progdvb running cuz its crashed. i killed it and everything is fine thanx for u help HD roxx^^
