Can't add internet radio ?

Hi,
I tried to add internet radio with the "new" command in the channel list, but it never appears
new channel
Name : Swiss Jazz (that does not appear in internet radio list)
Url : https://www.radioswissjazz.ch/fr
X Internet radio
Folder : Switzerland
I tried several times, it never appeared
