Keep screen on screen on pc whilst surfing web

Hi i have worked out to double click and minimize the screen to a small screen on top of web page
But as soon as i click any link content them the screen minimizes to tray
So my question is
Is there any way to lock the screen ?
Hope that makes sense

Do you mean TV Window mode? You can try "stay on top"

Please excuse my ignorance i was using prog tv and this option was not available
I have now downloaded prog DVB and all works as wanted

In ProgTV in Options->User intafece->Topmost.
