Video Looping

When using a playlist containing .TS files, the video seems to loop on occasion in ProgDVB/ProgTV. ProgTV is a bit more stable. What causes this? I initially thought it would be the timeshift "In memory" cache just corrupting, but I turned that off and its still happening. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
