i have been through situations in this month where the first time it happens to me, that progtv when ever i click on the channel List or when ever i move right or i change channels it keeps crashing, or lagging a lot, this is actually without even running any channel, it only happens on the part where when you select the Channel List, i thought at first it can't take up to 1000+ channels in 1 playlist, but i even tested lowing doing my playlist to 500 channels or even 100 channels, it keeps crashing where when you select to run the channel, also i never had this issue before 2 months or so, i even tested downgrade too 2.80.4 it still the some issue, i dont believe anything is wrong with my SMART TV or my decoders, it just the issue envolved this days with PROG TV, the actual version that was in google strore was the 2.80.5 but it needs to be fixed, the OSD channel List part isn't working at all, the app keeps crashing, keeps lagging, can't move down or up the screen is like stopping, even when the stream gets on, the OSD Channel List takes a lot of time to go away, it just not working great for me as far as for now, but before it was perfect and fine without any issues with this part, i didn't have that issue at all.

Please let me know what i can do or if their is actually something wrong with the version that needs to be fixed.

Here is a video showing what i mean, this happend only in this month don't know if its to do update or something, but as for now its not working properly the place where when i change the channel it still keeps loading the old channel and the OSD keeps being very slow to go away or even to open or even to change..

ps: 404 is server side error.

i did also try letest from google play some issue, i also tested the beta versions and the other versions some think..

By the way if you are talking about the channels they all work perfect, i am talking about the lagg that happens when changing channels or when going down up and the list its lagging alot before it was never like that, i started getting this from this month.. and Yes i am talking about android its a philips Smart TV, the OSD isn't working properly to me with the channels list, its lagging a lot i never got this before 2-3 months

when enabling the debug for logs in progtv it says "you don't have an app that can do this" i am using android smart tv Philips, don't know why it says like that, which does not allow me to export the logs.

Need some file manager in Android modern Android not allow file operations to normal app. Only file managers can do that.

I am sorry but i am not able to export the logs even when using a file manager program, the only problem i am having is the OSD, i even tried the beta version its still the some, the channel list loading channel takes long time when not opening the channel list it works fine, its just when opening the channel list and changing the channels between not working properly as it was before at all, here is what i have for playback set on
Engine= ProgDVB Engine
H.264 channels playback= OMX.MS.AVC.Decoder
channels playback mode = OMX.MS.AVC.Decoder
H.265 channels playback = OMX.MS.HEVC.Decoder
MPEG-2 channels playback = FFMPEG

do you have any recommendations of codec i can download but i would it not be a external player, because external player sucks..

But please recheck the issue with the OSD part, i believe it needs to be updated because as i told you before, i never had any issues before hand with even the version that was loaded in google play, i also tested the beta its the actually some think, its only this problem that really need a recheck, as also the system of android devices that use google TV got actually updated in before 1-2 months it could be also because i updated my device i am having that issue, as i told you before 1-2 months never had this issue at all, and i even had the some exact playback engine properties
and i didn't have any problems or so, it only started to happen from September and above..

Do you test last BETA from site? I try fix that.

i did test all the versions the beta and the google one all of them was the some the only problem is the OSD and the part when changing channels back and forward, it keeps glitching or like the channel works but the OSD keeps glitching and does not go away takes like 3-10 seconds, and if i move forward fast back and forward the program crashes

I am mean 3.31.5 BETA. Still problem?

some think, is it because i have 913 channels ? , i just downloaded this version even though the button in the website isn't allowing to download it, i just typed the version https://files.progdvb.com/progtv_androi ... 3.31.5.apk, however i got over 913 channels, and some issue OSD loads long time, and also when changing channels takes long time for the OSD to go away or so..

Please try .6 also. 900 channels is not big list. Some users have more then 9000. But some firmware not correct display channels list. I am not have device with this problem in my collection but some more users have same problem.
