Did notice to day that sometimes (i think it happens if i copy an channel or an folder to an new tab like "favourites") then suddenly the "shortcuts" in the software like "R/F8" for recording and "Mouse scroll" for volume die will try to figure out more about this asap

When this happen the only way to control volume up/down is by the slider on progdvb or by system volume control and "R/F8" wont work only way is to use the
link under "Service -> Record" but it seems like the remote control (which i use girder to control i use "F8" as an command from "virtual keyboard" so to say...

the "file -> time shift display" i got no clue what is going on its an job for Prog i guess...

Try to make a safety copy of your controls.ini after correcting, and put a copy of that back after such an error.
This may help you until that bug get's corrected...

What contros.ini?
