I have this problem that I wish to find a solution for. Usually, after running ProgDVB and record for more than one hour, my PC freezes. While the mouse pointer is still movable, I can't exit the program. Even if I try to use the Task Manager to end it. It takes long to run, and what happens when I use it ? The mouse pointer freezes too, plus my PC automatically restarts after showing the Blue Screen.

I don't know what to do. Is it a bug in ProgDVB 4.85.3? Should I use a newer version? After my PC restarts, it shows a message that contains these codes and files:

Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86 GHz, 2048 MB RAM, Win XP Pro SP2. XFX NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT 512 MB, SkyStar 2 DVB PCI Card.
