with progdvb_4.85.3 one can start the scheduler with EPG
in the EPG window (Button "For record")

Starting from progdvb_4.87.1-4.87.7 that does not function any longer. (Button "For record") is not operated (grey)

(Sorry for my English .....)

Greetings, Manfred

That's what the link in my siganture is meant for, for some years now..

The only solution I do know for now is to stay with older and well working versions.

Read the developer of prog also in the German forum?
But the developers need feedback to the error can be eliminated.

The author and developer of ProgDVB calls himself 'Prog'.

He does not read at DVBCube, as he does not understand German. And you may have already noticed, his native language is Russian and his English is more like beginners' style.

But the team over there is reporting back frequently, in a condensed and suitable way.
This works quite well for several years now...

BTW, problems like yours can result from outdated language files. So if using a German file, set back to English and test again.
