ProgDVB no longer working after upgrade to 5.12.2

After upgrading progdvb to version 5.12.2, the "Quality" is stuck at 0% and no image nor sound comes out anymore.
The old version still works fine.
I have a Skystar 2 PCI running Windows Vista ultimate, 3 GB RAM, Athlon 64 4800+

Obviously the tuner does not lock.

This may be some kind of a bug of 5.12.02

Thanks for the explanation.
Can you give me a hint where I can download the older version ? I have upgraded to 5.12.2 and I do not have the older one to roll back anymore.

Download links for some older versions are to be found on the Download page for ProgDVB 4.x.
Including 5.09.2
I will not provide any links to inofficial mirror sites, as you can never know what to get there, possible malware additives included....

Bug with skystar2 fixed. Please wait new version or use skystar2.device file from <5.12.2 version.
