No sound no image in client (I need help)

Since 1 mounth ago i lost sound and image in client after a Proddvb upgrade.
But I see the trafic bar correct with moving blocks.
I removed and instaled several times, but the same...
The firewall is ok for Progdvb
I have the version 4.88.3 in server and client.
Some body can help me

What mode of client/server are you use?

Leter box= none
Progdvb video render (and teste the others witout results)
Trafic in cliente 500.000 b/s

If I use the module in server Pro\ for small netwoks (I received from Progdvb in Agost) the trafic in server is 431 b/s. in client 431 b/s but no image or sound.

with this module "pro/for small networks" I see tha in Port 10999 the mpg2 speed is 0.
I instaled again the module from 4.88.3 and now the speed in mpg2 is 246 400.
But in client no sound no image and the trafic is ok.
In a server I can see the client
I dont know what is wrong
I realy need some help
