Sorry, but a very important thing: "These channels are FTA (not PayTV)", it is not illegal to watching it, but the standard is not DVB-S, its DVB-H and Vplug decodes that standard.
-------------
Vplug plugin has added support for Spanish DTT channels, Retevision (Hispasat 30W) (support for dvb-viewer-pro) since Vplug version 1.9.9
is ProgDVB compatible with this plugin support?
This channels are very important in Spain, the most viewed.
Is possible to do ProgDVB compatible with this?
Now only DVBviewer and HispaDVB are compatible with this channels.
-----
Generally, ProgDVB is compatible with plugins, that use MD_API 1.00 and 1.02.
This includes the mentioned one.
BUT watching PayTV without a valid subscription is illegal.
And we don't discuss any such activities here.
Search for DVBN resp. happysat.
This for, topic is CLOSED.

What hardware is meant to work with this kind of transmissions?
(With ProgDVB) my Nexus 2.2 gets good level and quality on the transponders mentioned, but it does not find any stations on a manual transponder scan.
By the way, DVB-H usually stands for handheld, at least over here in Germany. Normally, people won't think of using satellite dishes for such purposes...
One more, neither lyngsat.com nor satcodex.com are listing that transponders.
And I don't even find suitable information at hispasat.com
So, apart of the data you've posted, we're missing all relevant details.
Please provide some links for those.
But I don't speak spanish, nor does Prog.
Prog would need all available information, to try to implement, though I am in severe doubt, he has any chance to receive hispasat at home in russia, or any similar transmissions, to test on.
Sorry for closing the first thread, but normally I have to act this way, for legal reasons.

I am not an expert in this. If you try to find this channels you dont get signal because it dont use the normal DVB-S standard. You need the channels list and a software (like HispaDVB or DVBviewer) that decode that standard. Retevision is a company that use Hispasat Satellite to sends the signal of this DVB-H channels like a bridge, not for to watch in a normal DVB-S receiver. But the signal is not coded. You can find more information at:
http://www.hispadvb.com/
here is the software and the channels list:

hispadvb.com is accessible for registered members only.
However, perhaps Prog decides to take care of this after his christmas vacation.

I know.
But that's up to Prog, as he is the programmer.
