First of all - THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT !

I wonder if there is a way to watch HD-TV with a TT-premium C-2300 via German Cable?

I only get a black screen no sound.

I have searched the forum but didn't found an answer.

ProgDVB version 4.85.1
PC: WinXP SP2, 512 MB Ram, Intel P4 2,4 GHz, lots of free space on the HD. DVB-C TT-premium C-2300

Depends...

In most german cable networks, HD signals have basic scrambling.

To find out about this, make a recording and see if I plays (in a HD suitable player.

Got picture there --> ProgDVB issue, perhaps codec related

No picture no sound there --> probably picture is scrambled, ProgDVB should indicate a crypt provider and similar in channel properties
File size far to small for HD or zero --> same, maybe scrambled

And if there is noch scrambling and no codec error in ProgDVB ?
