I have installed in my pc windows xp and Kworld DVBs-100 pci card. I use progdvb v4.72.8. I have two probems which I'd like to shared.

1)When I install later versions of Progdvb ie. 4.80.x and 5.x onwards they all crash. I installed Microsoft patch KB896626 but still it happens. Why is this?

2) Why is it that on exiting Progdvb v72.8 I always get this message: the instruction at "0x0332145d" referenced memory at "0x036e0e04". The memory could not be "read".
Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know the real cause, but both symptoms in fact are crashes, just with little different symptoms.
Possibly the cause basically is the same.

But as this is NOT a general problem (else we would surely get flooded by such postings), from my point of view, the reason has to be somewhere in between driver, hardware, module, DirectShow (codec version used, renderer), or even general networking issues.
