Seems you don't read carefully.

There's an important message for you in my signature!

On your computer, you would need a streaming SERVER, to stream anywhere else to, the client(s). Should perhaps also be possible to feed another server from a client, like for 3rd party multi- or broadcast.

ProgDVB has modules and options for streaming purposes, just look around and read a lot.
Free version won't do broadcast, but you may want to start testing on something...

BTW, you need some reliable upload bandwidth, of course.

BTW, maybe you want to read some more at DVBN.

natedogg20050 i've making tests broadcasting direct to windows media services in windows media server with no results.

with VLC (server side), broadcast works fine !

i got a solution, send via shoutcast to WMS and insert (http://192.168.xx.xx:port) or (http://localhost:port) on publish point.
i think u need to keep shoutcast stream running on server.

sory i c'ant explain details i'm french and english is hard to me.
