Hi Sir,

I have two LAN cards installed on my PC.

Case1:
If I want to recieve stream from internet via LAN1 and transmit it via LAN2 to my IPTV, how to set Progdvb? Thanks!

Hardware:
Modem
LAN1 IP:192.0.0.100
LAN2 IP:192.0.0.101
IPTV (only can recieve data by fixed UDP port setting, ex:224.1.1.2:12345)

Hardware configuration:
Internet-->modem-->LAN1-->PC -->LAN2 -->IPTV


Case2:
If I want to recieve stream from IPTV's provider (UDP port:12345) by Progdvb and transmit it to IPTV(Set top box, fixed UDP port:12345), how to set Progdvb ? Many thanks!

Do you have picture on ProgDVB?
You can try trial version of Prog Media Server for transmit stream to box.
