I get teletext only under versions 4.xx but not in Versions 5.xx. I've to install a plugin (mdteletext). is this correct?

ProgDVB 5.x have native teletext, without any plugins.

Do you have a valid TXT ID in channel properties?

Yes i have.
Ps. If I install a plugin (MDteletext) the plugin worked without any change in the channel settings TXT ID.
