Is it posibble with progDVB program when using dvb-c card to listen the cable radio stations or only fm radio stations. because it is logicaly to listen cable stations not only fm because there is no big choice and the quality of fm is not good.

In mostr cable networks, there are no DVB radio stations at all, only FM based. And FM is analogue, ProgDVB is not made for this.
May be possible though, to get access from the analogue module then, somehow. No idea though, if this module can handle audio only input (already).

But if your cable also provides DVB based radio stations, ProgDVB should be able to use them, as long as the channel list properties are set to show them.
