Your last ProgDVB version for Win9x/Me does not work properly,
i have SkyStar2, & this message is killing me,
no BDA device, device not started,.. (something like that)

but the program works.

Yes ...but not frequencies ...signal modulation ...

Regarding W9x, you should not try to use a BDA device. Greedy MS simply don't want us to do this, they try to force us to throw away what we've paid for...
Similar will happen to Win2000 users, XP addicts, Vista junkies, just a few years later then...

Use the normal WDM drivers on Win9x, and select the standard device for the SS2 in ProgDVB.
In the latest ProgDVB versions, directly after install the BDA device is activated by default, so stop it and start the proper one.

Any problems with WDM driver?
