"Twinhan remote control by Issam Ali" not working for AD- SP400 CI (1041+4046) remote control, is there any new version released for ProgDVB latest 5.15 version under Windows Vista?

It's the plugin version too old or because the plugin doesn't support Windows Vista??

What version of Vista and ProgDVB, 32 or 64 bit?

64 bit versions of ProgDVB need 64 bit plugins.
Then, if running ProgDVB 32 bit on a 64 bit system, it's still possible, a plugin tries to access some external components, like drivers, which might fail if not fully 32 bit compatible.
