Hi I have the TechnoTrend C-2300 Card with Original Drivers and the 5.15.05 Version of your software. Everything runs fine and i am really happy but....

In Normal mode (Channel list on left side of window and all the different buttons on top) and in Full Screen mode the Video runs fluid (well almost) but if i select windowed Mode (to watch while surfing or such) i always have motion blur if there is movement on screen ( much more serious than in the two other modes)(Screensize in windowed mode is like 16 cm x 10 cm)

also...What do the following options in Device Options mean?

Direct Draw Auto/Overlay/Surface
BOB Mode
Software Scaling

I tried most of them but its ahrd to determine what tehy do just by watching the change.

Thanks a Lot!

P.S.: Where do the Snapshots get saved to?

most likely decoder issues, you need to choose hardware accelerated decoding mode,
preferred decoder is "PowerDVD video decoder" series, no motion blur.

How do i chose Hardware accelerated Decoder mode? I have Selected

SkyStar 1 over TT- Hard Mode (Assuming that uses the Onboard Hardware Decoding)

In the

Options > Direct Draw > Graph by xgr file

i have the default Elecard options selected. Is it here i need to change the Codecs? If so i can't find the Codec you mentioned.

Thank for your Info tho and further info i will get *goes back to watch the Olympics*

You must use softmode.

Yes, you need to use softmode althrough C2300 has hardware mode. Just use softmode.

You must install the latest version of PowerDVD 8, then under ProgDVB, Options -> Direct Show, in Video drop-down list, you can select "CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD8)".

Then under ProgDVB File -> Properties, double click "Video decoder", you need to select "Use DxVA".

Then no motion blur...

The Motion Blur in windowed mode is gone now, but since switching to Soft Mode i have another problem.

When i start the program or switch channel i get a "No good input pin founded (Render)" Error, clicking it away i can watch normal and good tho.

Options: Direct Show

Custom:

Video: CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD8)
Video H.264/ACV: CyberLink H.264/AVC Decoder (PDVD8)

All (3) Audio: Elecard Audio Decoder (sicne tehy seem to work fine, no sound problems at all)

Thanks for your patience
