Hi,
my english is not the best ... .
I have a problem when i would like to activate my ProgDvB.
Yesterday I have updated to v. 5.16 Pro.
At first start I get the normal dialog of registration.
So I entered my activation code and close the program.
I got the following message:
"Registration Key is correct. Please, restart this application to finish the registration process."
I clicked on OK and restarted the application.
But the registration process started again ... and then I entered the key again, close, and every time the same!

Same HID then old? What your old version of ProgDVB?

I think, before .. hmm ... 5.14 ... yes, same Hardware ID

Now, i have tried to update the key, but I get the following error message:

The hardware id '105A-9F5D-152F-E5B9-8161-0F37-5C16-5D21' is already registered for your account. Please, enter another one.

What should I do? I can take a screen of the registration process if u want!?

I got a similar problem.
I downloaded ProgDVB6.05.01 and installed it. I had to enter the registration code. The program told me "The registration code is correct. Please restart ...".
But when I restart I have to enter the code again, ProgDVB will not start!

I tried "Update key" and got an email containing the new key and the hardware ID which is different from the hardware key shown in the registration window (but I did not change the hardware!).

Version 6.04.05 Pro works.

What can I do?

Yes, new version of ProgDVB (protection of ProgDVB) can show new hardware ID.

I have a problem with my progdvb key

I did not change/upgrade any hardware, internal or external or modify any hard disk partition.

I bought and activate at the first time progbvb with this hardware ID:

1059-4E4B-5E3C-9DA2-38AF-208F-0E09-24F8

Activation process was ok.

But since a few day, i don't know excatly how many, sometimes progdvb say that the hardware id is:

1059-4E4B-5E3C-9DA2-38A7-208F-0E09-24F9

and ask me to upgrade my key...

In fact, it'seems that the hardware ID 'dance' ramdomly beetween this two values at each reboot of my computer.

if you have an history recorded on the activation server, you should easly see my hardware key changing

The problem is that i can not update my key each time the hardware ID has changed and i am tired to try to reboot my computer, hoping that in this new reboot, i can use my software

And i am afraid that this "dance" could be undestand by you as license hack attempt and you blacklist my registration in response

Ich habe meine ProgDVB version 6.10.2 mit meinem Key aktiviert.

nach neustart von ProgDVB kommt ein Fenster:

Microsoft Windows
ProgDvbNet funktioniert nicht mehr
Das Programm wird auf Grund eines Problems nicht richtig
ausgeführt. Das Programm wird geschlossen und Sie werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist.

Ich setze 32Bit Ultimate mit sp2 ein

auch bei Version 6.10.1 lässt sich das Programm nach der Registrierung nicht mehr nutzen!!
