how can i see the subtitles of the channels that is avaliable in ProgDVB, I mean subtitles or closed Caption.

For TXT based subs, you have to set the relevant page in channel properties.
This does not happen automatically, as there may even be more than one (language, like on arte).

I am add CC subtitles in last 2-3 versions. Please mail me direct if you have any problems.
I am not have too many results of tests.
