problem with modulation in progdvb 5.16.1 standard

problem with modulation in progdvb 5.16.1
some freq.
in nilesat get signal but not get any channel iam change modulation from
QPSK to NBC_QPSK
the progdvb get the channel but not work
and when go properties of the channel and change to QPSK the channel work good
i need help to solve the problem in progdvb 5.16.1 standard
the freq. in nilesat
10775 H 27500 3/4 work with modulation NBC_QPSK but true QPSK
11842 H 27500 3/4 work with modulation NBC_QPSK but true QPSK

when search in hotbird port B
get some channel from nilesat not in hotbird
and with kworld.device with diseqc 4 port not work good
only with kowrld.device diseqc 16 port work good
the channel in nilesat

iam used diseq 4 port
A=NILESAT
B=HOTBIRD
C=ARABSAT OR (BADR)
dish 120 cm
diseqc type truman

I am not have sources of kworld.device. It is very old and can not support s2 modulation.

progdvb 5.16.1 standard
detection some Transponders as dvbs-2 but is dvbs-1
detect dvbs-1 as dvbs-2 ???????????
in nilesat

I also have several TPs that can't search out any channels, but there are signal indications....
