there is one new programmer on the market. It is SmarGo SmartReaderPlus.
I have bought The ProgDVB. Will the ProgDVB communicate with it?

What can I do, it would work with ProgDVB as card reader for pay TV's.

note: I allready have Vista x64 and Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-4000. ProgDVB 5.16.x works fine with FTV. But I want to watch pay TV's as well.
