read X on the toobar and the bottom status bar.
also it crashes VERY OFTEN under Windows 7 beta 1 (build 7000).
Please try to increase compatibility and stability under the new OS.

This is not new OS. This is test OS. You can report about bugs to MS

BTW, I've seen several MS Windows versions over the years.
What MS calls beta, should in fact be named early alpha state.
Their releases may be understood as true beta in most cases, compared with their competitiors.
SP1 turns it into a true release worthy normally, SP2 into a stable version, useful even for productive systems, more or less...
But then, 2000 got SP4, XP only SP3. So, will SP 2 perhaps be the last one for Vista? Sell and forget, take the money and run???

when the red x displayed after starting up the program, following exception throw out:
But when I install the 64bit version of ProgDVB Basic, the interface displays okay!! So it's the 32-bit ProgDVB Pro issue!!
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

You do realise that oen of the main reasons why MS releases beta versions of Windows is so that application developers like you can test their applications and make sure they work on the OS so that when the OS is released customers can straight away download your software and it'll work.
Unfortunately most developers are stubborn.

Very glad to see you find the bug in .NET framework in Windows 7.
Can't wait to have MS to correct this...
Do you have any workaround?
