some Transponders not get channel in progdvb and get signals

I agree with you. The latest versions on 6.x series have many bugs and it's always show signal but no quality signal and scanning is done in few seconds with none.
I hope ProgDVB Devs take care of this issue very soon

If you have signal without quality then one of parameters not correct. It is not depended from ProgDVB

Which parameters you mean? The setup configurations?
I can scan and watch channel normally in the card software (Digital TV)
My card is: AD-SP200 - TwinHan 1027

For example quality=0 if you set not correct symbol rate.
In any case this situation depended only from driver and parameters.

Here is how I came over this problem just now:
I copied all.list in:
C:\Program Files\ProgDVB\Transponders
from old version of ProgDVB and replace it with the newer one. The first time I tried to scan the computer get BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) and I after I restarted, it's scan normally and I have all my channels back.Weird isn't ?!
Please note other file with the same name is located in:
C:\Program Files\ProgDVB\Transponders\CabFiles
but replacing this wont do anything. both (old and new version of file) are 14 KB

Use notepad / editor, to look into those.
May well be, you'll find some important difference this way...
