You should post all relevant details on your dish system, to perhaps get helped. Without those it's absolutely impossible...

I am not good undarstand. Do you have channels from both positons in one list? You can change that in channel list properties.

...with a DiSEqC switch, I suppose.
Or is it a motorized system?

Anyway, Prog is correct, your dynamic channel list(s) can be set up to show positions to your liking (and access), and there can be more than one, and each can hold more than one position.
A channel list is not the original channel data base (where scanned stations go to), but more like a collection of links to it.
This for, you can also force a given satellite list, to show or not show stations from a position, after a successful scan.

Looks like if your DiSEqC is not switching.
To verify, bypass it temporarily and connect the Astra or Hotbird LNB directly, scan again.
If DiSEqC switching indeed fails, there may be several reasons for this.
Most common cause is not having the proper device settings selected, or using a tuner and driver, that does not yet provide those (on a BDA platform).
But there may also be some different source of trouble, like long and / or bad LNB cables, losing to much of the 22kHz signal, or a bad tuner or switch, or in rare cases grounding or interference problems (like from some nasty switch mode PSUs or CRT monitors / TVs, to close to the LNB cable).
