SkyStar2 - Device not started

Today my V6.10.02 Std shows the above error message.
How do I get it to recognise the SS2 PCI card please?

Do you use WDM driver? try install software from CD.

Sorry I didnt make it clear.
I ran Progdvb last night but this afternoon its not running.
I have DVB Dream as an inferior standby and that program is working using the SkyStar2.
I thought you may have had a quickfix.
