1. If I try to stream, I cannot watch streamed content. I can access the generated page, but if I press play, it can see just url. If I enter it in VLC manually, it's is not playing (other IPTV on VLC working correctly). I tried all the possible values.

2. If I select transcode , ProgDVB always crashes.

AFAIK, ProgDVB media server does not support connections to VLC.

You can use VLC only in IPTV mode
