Using ProgDVB v6.30.03. When using the recording scheduler through EPG and using the built in Scheduler in Windows XP Pro to start ProgDVB, the start time of the schedule is consistently one hour early.
E.g.: If i set ProgDVB to start 20.00 and I look in the Windows Scheduler, the time to launch ProgDVB is set to 19.00.

AFAIK it started after upgrading from a previous version. Any idea why?
