I have a tevii s420 card I'm usind a disec (4 ports)
when switching from channel on one satellite to a channel on another one , lose the signal completely ,,
after doing some research , I enabled the the refresh channel on lost signal,,
now I some times get a signal after switching but takes a very long time and sometimes still no singnal ,,, I have to switch the program off and back onto get it working>>>

I tried other dvb programs which works fine when changing channels but they have other problems...and anyway I want to use progdvb >>>it is the best

any solution ????

Check settings->Device optoions. Try TBS and tevii modes.

its was set to tevii mode by default .... I tried TBS which didn't work

the signal is loss

some pepole tell me the nilesat 7w problem in 10873 v 27500 3/4
with all dvbs-2 tuner ?
in dreambox 8000
and dreambox 800
and other HD reciver
but why me buy dvbs-2 card work good in hd and not good in old system bad bad dvbs-2

I think tevii cards are not well supported by many programs
progdvb is good except for this signal loss problem ...
hope this becomes fixed in future versions

Tevii is not a bad card,,, but they have to work harder to get better software support for their cards ,,,

I have tried many programs only 2 or 3 programs support their remote control including their included software mytevii which is a modified version of mytheatre
mytevii itself has some kind of a problem with plugins

tevii mode as a disec option has a problem with many programs

even their new driver is stupid ,, it gives a false high signal for all channels
