Hauppauge HVR 4000 Remote For ProgDVB

How can I possibly use the hauppauge HVR 4000 remote control for the Progdvb software? Thanks in Advance.
Hi Prog!
1. A lot of time I'm searching for instruction how to use hauppauge remote control. It is not in device manager list. Found 2 plugins but nothig work.
2. The same about client - server setup
3. The same about command line switches (how to start programmin full screen mode for ex.)
4. Many times unsucseful trying to setup analog channels. The program opens searching mode but nothing happens.
I'm ready to buy Pro version to get better support
