Hello to all here

After many good years with my Nexus, and a changeover to Win7 65bit - I had to buy a new DVB card. So I bought a Hauppauge WinTV-Nova DVB-S2.
And I downloaded the latest drivers from Hauppauge Homepage.

Unfortunately, when I start ProgDVB 6.43.6, I get the error message:
[[BDA] Hauppauge WinTV 88x DVB--S/S2 Tuner/Demod] Cannot submit the tune request
[[BDA] Hauppauge WinTV 88x DVB--S/S2 Tuner/Demod] Device not started!

Dies anyone know how to solve my problem? (without changing OS or HW )?

In device List from Progdvb ... BDA Davice Version 2.14 API version 1.37

Try start ProgDVB with admin rights.

Hello again .....

- As mentioned above, first it was not working
- then I selected the checkbox to start as Admin, as you told me .... worked fine
- then I removed the "run as admin" rights ... still works fine

There is only one problem left (recogniced it today) ... the WinTV CI does not work in ProgDVB.
Do you have here also a genius idea?

What is WinTV CI ?

WinTV CI is the Common Interface (USB connector) to inserting a CAM and a SmartCard.
