I have the ProgDVB Pro x32 and I want to know why I can't open two encrypted channels or one encrypt and the other is not at the same time, plz help?

Correct.
A single tuner can only tune to one frequency (=transponder) at the time.

If both were on the same transponder, people would perhaps need more details (on that), to try and help.
