ProgDVB6.45.3Pro crashes and wont work!

hello
my ProgDVB6.45.3Pro is crashing every time i open, it wont give me a chance to see anything the window pops up immediatley,
attached is a picture of it.

i tried without plugins and every thing is nice.
shouldn't i use the plugins, kinda need it.

i can't use the program with plugins!

You can try look more stable plugins.
