Windows 7 - Unknown Publisher when starting ProgDVB

I am on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. When I start ProgDVB I get a message box that says...

Do you want to allow the following program from
an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?

Program name: ProgDvbNet.exe
Publisher: Unknown
File origin: Hard drive on this computer
Program location: "C:\program Files\Progdvbnet.exe"

I have to click OK to allow it to run.

This has always happened since I updated to Windows 7

I do not want to turn off the User Access Control settings.

Not a great problem, just annoying! Would it be possible for the program to have a valid publisher name?

All last versions have digital sign.

Found that Progdvbenginerun.exe and Progdvbservice.exe has digital signature but Progdvbnet.exe does not have a signature and this is causing the problem.
