Hi all

I have prog dvb 64bit

I had the trial, when it expired i paid for it

i cant enter the full prog, just a small popup asking for the key
i entered the 64bit key based on my hardware but it says its wrong

the 64bit Hardware fingerprint is only 8 letters and numbers , the 32 bit one is 32 letters and numbers

Ive turned off anti virus and uac, Ive also installed to a new drive and folder

but it still says its wrong (the key is not valid)

I have the same problem!!!

I just updated the activation key... nothing... everytime the same error message:

The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again.
