No TV with DVB-S

I just updated to the last Version and don't get any TV-signal.
0 kB/s and Error is displayed in last line. Under Einstellung/DVSource BDA DVBS Tuner is disabled and will not enable.
Which settings should i change and how may I get additional debugging information?

You must enable {bda} .... device and scan channels.

i am not able to enable BDA device under Einstellungen/DV Sources.
The channel display will be shown shortly and the BDA device is still disabled.

I was able to use one satellite in the old version.
The only indication is error in the last line of the screen.

Yes, but if i try to enable, i get the error message.

I updated to the now last version, but no success.
An other TV application "TvCentral Core" displays a error message
for ODS Media-Core, but still works with the DVB-S card.
Do you have any help or any additional debugging tool to document the error?
